Guidelines / Requirements to apply for a Schengen Visa

Tourist Visa

  1. Original Recent Valid passport + OLD PASSPORT , IF ANY –
  2. Hotel Confirmation – if Friends/Relative are Inviti then Invition Letter , Inviti Passport copy , Permit of that Country
  3. Returned ticket
  4. Covering letter on company letter head, if working then original leave letter on company letter head and covering letter on white sheet
  5. Personal IT papers copy for last 03 yrs
  6. Personal bank statement for last 06 months
  7. Salary slip for last 06 months and all supporting docs.- If Employee
  8. Over Medical Policy
  9. Applicant Hand Should be Clean & Clear – Biometric Purpose
  10. Your digital photograph must be taken with full face and without sunglasses or tinted spectacles, or head covering unless it is worn for religious or medical reasons.
  11. Your face should be clearly visible with no hair across the eyes.
  12. Ensure your fingertips are free from any form of decoration, cuts, abrasions or other markings as these may affect your ability to provide acceptable finger scans.

Business Visa

  1. Same as Tourist Visa
  2. Invitation Letter from invite Organization
  3. Business Correspondence with Invite or any business associates
